| Productivity enhancement is an essential component for sustainable increases in a company's value. Therefore sustainable increases in value always require both increases of output (i.e.: quality, turnover, profit, etc.), and also decreases of input (i.e. costs, production times, sources of losses, etc.)
Thanks to our many years of experience, we know that productivity can only be increased in a sustainable manner if there is optimal interaction between the success-determining factors - organisational structure and process organisation, management and control systems, and pro-active management behaviour.
Research and experience from our own projects have shown a large degree of productivity potential in value creation chains. Approximately 35% to 38% of paid working time does not contribute directly to the value chain. Calculated in working days, that means that out of 225 working days per employee there are actually 49 working days which are spent on activities which do not contribute immediately to value creation. The goal of our collaboration is to significantly increase the proportion of resources used for the value creation chain, thus increasing the level of productivity to between 85% and 90%.
