Senior Management Consultant for the Process Industry
Your focus will be the design and implementation of sustainable solutions for strategic and organisational development within an enterprise. You are used to working in the technology sector, ideally in Asset, Service and Operations Management.
As a suitable candidate, you have at least 8 years professional experience in management consulting and industry. You are familiar with the performance drivers within production, maintenance and technology. As a change manager, you have successfully analysed, reviewed, developed and optimised these in the past. You are able to steer large consulting teams and guide your clients comfortably through the consulting process.
We expect you to have a confident manner and demonstrate a competent approach; have a strong sense of responsibility, commitment and personal initiative. You will possess strong leadership skills and able to demonstrate successful leadership experience.
Excellent English language skills are essential and French, desirable. A willingness to travel is important as worldwide mobility is anticipated.
