Management Consultant for the Process Industry
Your focus will be organisational consulting. You analyse organisational structures, processes and operations including the use of IT systems. In a team, you undertake analysis studies, participate in implementation project and execute audits. For our clients, you develop, evaluate and implement operational levers to increase efficiency and productivity in order to deliver sustainable benefits.
Ideally, you have three to four years of professional experience. You are familiar with the performance drivers within production, maintenance and technology. You are a skilled problem solver, able to identify root causes as well as draw conclusions. You are able to convince our clients with your confident manner, practical solutions and well-reasoned arguments.
Excellent English language skills are a prerequisite; French or German language skills are desirable. Along with excellent language skills, we expect a strong sense of responsibility, commitment and personal initiative. Worldwide mobility is anticipated.
